If it doesn't work - or even if it works, but not as well as you expected - you have 35 days to try it out and return it for a complete refund of the purchase price (you have to pay shipping back to us). Our return rate is only 1.5% so you can see that most everyone is happy.
CoolBot is completely robust. It's 100% Made In The USA to withstand farm-style abuse in the harshest of environments. If anything goes wrong in the first year, we'll replace your CoolBot immediately. After that if anything goes wrong (though it shouldn't!) CoolBot parts are modular and designed to be completely field-repairable; we'll send you replacement parts at cost+shipping to swap in and get you back up and running in no time.
CoolBot now is tried, tested and proven technology. If CoolBot doesn't work for you, there is an easy explanation why (See the section on who should not buy a CoolBot) and you can either fix that reason or... choose not to deal with it and return the CoolBot for a 100% refund.
CoolBot has been tested on pretty much every air conditioner we could get our hands on, and they all work fine, but 80% of our customers use: LG (Home Depot sells them), Samsung (sold at Lowes) or Frigidaire/Kenmore.
